Governance
ELPA is governed by a set of Statutes which were originally agreed upon by the ELPA membership on 11th June 2004.
The ELPA Annual General Meeting (AGM) reviews and updates the Statutes at the request of the ELPA Board. The latest amendment to the Statutes was made on 25th April 2013.
The ELPA Statutes govern the running of the Association, together with the Internal Rules and Codes of Conduct which have been implemented by the ELPA Board to clarify the standards of professional and ethical conduct, communications and proper practice of the ELPA Board Members and staff, as well as the relationship between ELPA and the pharmaceutical industry.
The Internal Rules and Codes of Conduct are not intended to supersede but rather be used alongside ELPA’s Statutes and other relevant regulations.
