Patient Engagement Open Forum

From June 10–12, 2025, the Patient Engagement Open Forum (PEOF) brought together over 200 global healthcare champions in a dynamic, co-creative environment focused on deepening patient engagement across health systems. Jointly organised by PFMD, EUPATI, and EPF, this flagship event saw ELPA proudly represented in multiple high-impact sessions. ELPA’s leadership took active roles in key workshops and plenaries and engaged with patient community leaders at informal meetups to build alliances and inspire future co-designed initiatives. Representing liver patients within a multi-stakeholder context elevated ELPA’s advocacy, reinforcing its commitment to evidence-based, patient-centric care strategies. In addition, through dialogues at PEOF, ELPA solidified partnerships that will amplify liver health priorities at European and global policy levels.
