World Cancer Day: The Power of Young Voices

This World Cancer Day, February 4, 2025, the European Liver Patient Association (ELPA), in partnership with Cancer Patients Europe – CPE and the College of Europe, came together to celebrate resilience, unity, and the unstoppable spirit of young people facing cancer. Our campaign transcended liver cancer, we united other cancer patients across Europe, amplifying their voices and demanding change.

Through the inspiring testimonies of brave, determined young individuals who have faced cancer, we shed light on their courage, their dreams, and their drive to make a difference. Their stories must be heard, and their experiences must fuel action from policymakers to improve cancer care for all. These are not just stories of survival—they are testaments to ambition, determination, and a future full of possibilities.
