The European Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Authority (HERA), a vital pillar of the European Health Union, celebrated its first anniversary.
On this occasion, a meeting was organized in Brussels on December 8, 2022. Some ELPA representatives attended the “One Year of HERA” conference, which was the moment to reflect upon HERA’s development from emergency to structured response, acknowledge its achievements during its first year of existence, and explore its way forward to better preparedness. The meeting also allowed all the stakeholders involved in the EU health policy to share this momentum altogether.
