Hronos – Liver Patients Association

We were founded in 2008. With these goals in mind:

• Providing support for patients
• Raise awareness
• Reducing stigma and discrimination
• Advocacy to improve access to new medicines for the patients

Our mission is world without hepatitis. We have 410 members, completely on voluntary basis and we are also a voting member of ELPA and WHA. We believe that through wider networking, we can enhance our work in Serbia and we find the cooperation with international organisations to be invaluable in getting the latest information in the development of hepatitis treatment in order not only to transfer that knowledge to Serbia but also to build our capacity to develop a proper model for our country.
